HYRMY ry:n syyskokous 29.11.2022

Helsingin yliopiston raskaan musiikin ystävät ry:n sääntömääräinen syyskokous järjestetään tiistaina 29.11.2022. klo 18.00 yhdistyksen kerhotiloissa Domus Gaudiumissa osoitteessa Leppäsuonkatu 11, 00100 Helsinki. Kokoukseen on myös mahdollista osallistua etäyhteyksien (Zoom) avulla, mikäli paikallepääsy estyy esimerkiksi sairastumisen vuoksi. Jos haluat osallistua kokoukseen etäyhteyden avulla, laitathan viestiä yhdistyksen hallitukselle osoitteeseen hyrmy-council (at) helsinki.fi.

Syyskokous on kaikille jäsenille avoin tapahtuma, jossa jokaisella yhdistyksen jäsenellä on läsnäolo- ja puheoikeus. Yhdistyksen varsinaisilla jäsenillä on kokouksessa myös esitys- ja äänioikeus siten, että jokaisella on yksi ääni. Esitysoikeus voidaan myöntää myös muille jäsenille kuin varsinaisille jäsenille.

Syyskokouksessa käsitellään sekä edeltävän että tulevan vuoden asioita, joista merkittävin on yhdistyksen hallituksen jäsenten valinta seuraavalle toimikaudelle. Jos siis olet halukas liittymään yhdistyksen hallitukseen, tule syyskokoukseen osoittamaan kiinnostuksesi! Voit myös ilmoittaa halukkuudestasi liittyä hallitukseen laittamalla sähköpostia osoitteeseen hyrmy-council (at) helsinki.fi, jos et pääse syyskokoukseen paikan päälle.

Kokouksessa käsitellään ainakin seuraavat asiat:

toimintasuunnitelma seuraavalle toimikaudelle

talousarvio seuraavalle toimikaudelle

jäsen- ja liittymismaksujen kerääminen, suuruus ja eräpäivä seuraavalle toimikaudelle

yhdistyksen hallituksen koko seuraavalle toimikaudelle

hallituksen puheenjohtajan sekä muiden hallituksen jäsenten ja varajäsenten valinta seuraavaksi toimikaudeksi

yhden toiminnantarkastajan ja hänen varahenkilönsä valinta seuraavaksi toimikaudeksi

Helsinki University’s Heavy Music Club ry (known as HYRMY) holds its annual autumn meeting on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, starting at 6 pm. The meeting will be held at the clubroom in Domus Gaudium on Leppäsuonkatu 11, 00100 Helsinki. You can also take part in the meeting remotely via the meeting application Zoom. If you wish to do so, please notify the organization’s board by sending email to this address: hyrmy-council (at) helsinki.fi.

The autumn meeting is open for all members of HYRMY. Every member holds the rights to be present and to speak at the meeting. The rights to propose and to vote are granted additionally to the actual members of the organization. Each of these members have one vote. The right to propose can be granted to other members upon request.

The meeting goes over both the current and the coming years’ matters. One of the most significant matter is the choosing of the coming year’s board members. So if you wish to become a member of HYRMY’s board, come to the autumn meeting and express your interest there! You can also apply for a position in the board by sending email to the address hyrmy-council (at) helsinki.fi in case you are unable to attend the meeting.

As per the rules of the organization, the obligatory items on the agenda are:

a plan of action for next year

the budgetary estimates for next year

membership fees’ collection, amount and payment date for next year

the size of the organization’s board for next year

the appointment of organization’s board members and associate members for next year

the appointment of one operations inspector and one vice-operations inspector for next year
